- Exported items from India cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping internationally makes returns costly, time-consuming, and risky due to customs rules, shipping damage, and high fees. Once your order leaves India, no returns are possible.
- We check all items for quality before shipping. Returns are only accepted in rare cases of damage during transit or wrong item delivered.
- No returns for change of mind, size/color mismatch (due to handmade variations), or custom orders.
